What’s on near Warrington

There’s lots going on near Warrington over the next few months, from film festivals to meeting the Vikings. We have put together a list of our favourite events so whether you’re visiting us to pick up a used van in Warrington or just exploring the area, take a look and get them booked in your diary.

Volkswagen North West Car Show

On 4th August, Tatton Park will be filled with the largest gathering of Volkswagens in the North of England. From Beatles to Golfs, Beach Buggies to Camper Vans, there will be lots to see including hundreds of trade stands and activities for children. Tickets are available online and we will be on the hunt for Volkswagen vans of all shapes and sizes.

Forest Live 2019

The legendary live music of Delamere Forest is back for another year. Tears for Fears, Paul Weller and Jess Glynne will all perform in the forest from 21st – 23rd June 2019. You can pack a picnic but check the website for restricted items and remember to take cash if you want refreshments. There will be a bar on site and food stalls too!

Walton Musical Film Festival

Set in Walton Hall and Gardens, Walton Musical Film Festival will run from 30th August to 20th September with screenings including The Greatest Showman and A Star is Born. With live entertainment before the film and during the interval, there will be non-stop entertainment. An outdoor bar will be available plus hot food and snacks. You can take your own blanket or camping chair to sit on and some layers in case it gets chilly.
